Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using SignalX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

SignalX provides three distinct service paths for futures trading on the Topstep platform:

• Path 1: Coaching - Educational trading guidance and strategy instruction
• Path 2: Account Management - Active trading on your behalf with profit-sharing arrangement
• Path 3: Evaluation Pass - Assistance with passing Topstep evaluations

3. Eligibility

To use SignalX services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Have an active Topstep account (for Path 2 and Path 3 services)

4. Payment Terms

Path 1: Coaching

One-time fee of £500 payable upfront. Payment is non-refundable once services commence.

Path 2: Account Management

No upfront fees. Profit sharing structure:

• First 5 payouts: 60/40 split (you receive 60%)
• After 5 payouts: 50/50 split

Path 3: Evaluation Pass

£200 fee payable only upon successful activation of your funded account.

5. Account Management Authorization, Control & Payout Handling

For Path 2 (Account Management), you ("the Client") explicitly grant SignalX full discretionary control over your Topstep trading account for the duration of the management period.

This includes, without limitation, authorization for SignalX to:

• Hold and retain your Topstep login credentials for the sole purpose of account operation
• Execute all trades at its sole discretion
• Control position sizing, trade frequency, and all risk parameters
• Manage all account-related actions including subscriptions, resets, and operational decisions
• Request payouts from Topstep on your behalf

You acknowledge that during the management period, SignalX has full operational control of the trading account, and you agree not to interfere with, override, or manually trade the account unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payouts & Profit Sharing

All trading profits are generated on an account legally owned by you. However, for operational efficiency and profit-sharing enforcement, you expressly authorize SignalX to:

• Request payouts from Topstep
• Direct approved payouts to a joint Wise bank account established between you and SignalX

Why this structure? This arrangement is designed to prevent fraud or non-payment, ensure transparent and enforceable profit sharing, and allow SignalX to manage payouts efficiently without reliance on third-party cooperation.

Client Acknowledgements (Critical)

By enrolling in Path 2, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• SignalX has full discretionary trading authority
• You may suffer losses, including loss of the entire account balance
• SignalX makes no guarantees of profitability or performance
• You remain the legal account holder but delegate operational control to SignalX
• You are solely responsible for ensuring this arrangement complies with any third-party platform rules, including Topstep

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all Topstep rules and regulations
• Only trade with capital you can afford to lose
• Not hold SignalX liable for trading losses
• Understand that trading education does not guarantee success
• For Path 2: Not access, trade, copy, or interfere with the managed account during the management period unless expressly authorized by SignalX

7. Service Limitations

SignalX services are limited to:

• Topstep platform exclusively
• NY market open breakout strategy
• Futures contracts supported by our methodology

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All trade syncing will cease immediately
• Any outstanding profit-sharing amounts become due
• Access to coaching materials will be revoked
• No refunds will be issued for coaching services
• For Path 2: SignalX will cease trading immediately, request no further payouts, and delete all account credentials. Any funds already received or pending distribution remain subject to the agreed profit-sharing terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SignalX is not liable for any trading losses
• We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes
• Our liability is limited to fees paid for services
• We are not responsible for Topstep platform failures or changes
• SignalX shall not be liable for any losses arising from discretionary trading decisions made in good faith under the authority granted by the Client

10. No Financial Advice

SignalX provides trading assistance and education, not financial advice. We are not registered financial advisors. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making trading decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, materials, and methodologies provided by SignalX remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not:

• Share or distribute our proprietary strategies
• Reverse engineer our methodologies
• Use our materials for commercial purposes

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by English law and resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
